Please contact Jagged Ridge Wine Rooms with any problems you may be experiencing with your product(s) within the first thirty (30) days.

Warranty:

Wine Guardian's warranty on a new unit begins the day the unit ships. They cover 1-year on labour and 2-years on parts. If at any time a unit is not working properly, please contact tech support at 315.452.7434

Delivery/Shipping/Receiving your Order:

Inspect your order carefully, including contents, condition, and verify you received the correct merchandise.

If the exterior of the packaging appears damaged, note this on the courier's waybill when accepting the product. Unpack and inspect all merchandise carefully without damaging the manufacturer's packaging. Retain all original packaging and contact us if you have any issues. If the product is damaged, we will send you a new product or replacement pieces promptly, without waiting for settlement with the shipping company.

For most products, if the box(es) appear damaged, advise the driver and mark "Exterior Damage" adjacent to your signature but accept the shipment. Refuse a particular box only if it appears to have VERY extensive damage.

If contents are damaged, contact our support team to report the damage within 24 hours. It is often more efficient for us to send needed parts than for you to refuse the shipment. While we do not anticipate damage, all our shipments are insured for safe arrival.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Jagged Ridge Wine Rooms offers a money-back return policy, allowing you to buy with confidence.

Special order products or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

You may return or exchange an item within thirty (30) days from the original date of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, as we do not refund shipping costs. Items being returned to our location must be marked as "Goods Returning". Shipping credits on Wine Cooling Systems or other products will be charged back as well, and the customer is responsible for the full cost of the original shipping.

The item must be unused, in its original box, and with the original packing materials. If these conditions are not met, Jagged Ridge Wine Rooms reserves the right to refuse the return. All returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%. Some products may be subject to the maximum 25% restocking fee due to the manufacturer's policy.

For your protection, please insure the package when shipping it back to us. Jagged Ridge Wine Rooms cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
